Alphabite, our food truck, is the tastiest bite in town, serving up fun food that is local, healthy and all round good. Offering a fresh, delicious menu that is different every day based on the ever changing letter of the day. Just look for the big letter on the sides of the truck. If you see a "Q" it might be for barbeQue, Quinoa or Q-ban.


Through Alphabite The Miami Culinary Institute spreads it's mission of Food Culture Innovation by serving up delicious food that is good for you and for the planet.
